Wholesale beginner

Hello BP community. I am starting to look for properties to wholesale. Last week I went door knocking just to get my feet wet and it was an interesting experience. I am a beginner however, I have plenty of resources to back up my property analysis and I have received a lot of useful information by a successful wholesaler. So, I am reaching out to any investor in the west Phoenix area that is willing to work with me. If you are interested please contact me on BP. Thanks to the great community of BP.

@Dawn Jett @Lawrence Ferguson Thank you very much.

@Marvin McTaw Thank you, well the experience of door knocking was interesting for us. I am a person who does not really not a people person, but I know that in RE talking to people is the number one thing and I need to get use to it. I had to and I am really getting out of my comfort zone. The First time we went door knocking we were shadowing another investor, couple days later we went on our own. I was Really nervous. After the 5th house I started to get a bit more comfortable. So this weekend and all next week we have door knocking in our plans. While we drive to houses to door knock we also write down addresses of homes that look vacant or in distress. Sometimes we just drive around for a few hours to near by neighborhoods looking for potential investments. Overall the experience was great and we think we are going to continue door knocking because it is more on a personal level. Good luck to all of you.
