Welcome to BP @Herbert Reihner. I am also a new investor to fix-n-flip. You should listen to the pod cast that BP provides, they have been really useful in my research. Maybe it will be helpful to you as well. Good luck

Hello BP community, I am not sure what kind of insurance I will need to get for my first investment for a fix n flip. I have heard that I can not just added to my regular home owners insurance. Is this true? is it worth spending the extra cash? what does it cover? I can really use some input on this topic please. Thank you very much and happy investing to all

@Wayne Terry. Hello I am also new to BP but you can find some hard money lenders by state on the Resources tab above the BP page. Another option is to find some private money, it might be harder to come across but all you have to do is ask and network with other investors. Hope this will be some help for you. Good luck

Hello BP community. I might come across my first investment soon. So, I am trying to gather my exit strategies to prepare myself if the house does not sell (fix-n-flip) . At this point of my research the exit strategies that I have read of are, refinance and rent out or keep for my self to live in. I am sure there are others but I have not come across them yet. If anyone can provide any other ideas I would really appreciate the help. Thank you BP community happy investing.

Well, by what I have researched so far it seems to be much harder to come across private money lenders. If I am reading information incorrectly can you please assist me if possible. I am  still in the learning process
