Thank you, I will look into it. Have a wonderful day and happy holidays.

I can only tell you about the immediate vicinity around my property. The homes range from $230-$270 and generate anywhere from $20K-$40K gross p/y. $20K being the part-time Airbnb/personal-use vacation home and $40K being the Superhost.

@Eric Garcia hi - what kind of properties can buy there, average prices and what can expect from rentals? Thanks

@Ryan Moyer hi - what did you buy?

I usually invest in Florida but I am now planning to buy some SFH and MFH in "solid" neighborhoods with good cash flow.

I don’t know Indianapolis but I want to connect with honest and professional Agents, other investors and property managers, in order to build a network and start investing.

I need tips, information about zip codes/cap rates, pros and cons, etc. etc.

Thank you.

@James Thomas

You already spent money, time and energy.

Spend some more and hire the best lawyer you can get.

Anyway, when something is too nice and too easy... you know :)

@Lorraine Patterson

Take into account that US will

Not see European tourists for the next 2 years. (Covid)

Local Tourism will delay too.

And in the meantime you need to pay for the expenses and a mortgage (maybe).

@Greg Moore

Some answered about bitcoin and gave good inputs.

I just add that there are Cryptocurrencies you can Stake and make 12% a year and more.

Not scam Cryptocurrencies but serious projects like, for example, Polkadot.

Staking is the process of actively participating in transaction validation (similar to mining) on a proof-of-stake (PoS) blockchain. On these blockchains, anyone with a minimum-required balance of a specific cryptocurrency can validate transactions and earn Staking rewards.

So, for example, with 1000 DOT (Polkadot), at the moment worth $4880, can make 649.96$ a year.

There are some crypto you can even make more, then it becomes gambling.

I would not mix real estate with crypto. We are talking about two different things where at the end of the day the secret to do it properly is always to diversify.

@Daine Johnson

I think you should invest where you can afford it and keep a relationship with the agent. He seem to be honest and gave you a real picture based on the market and your pocket :)

@Fred Cannon

Hi Fred, your “strategy” seem very interesting. 1 bd condo.

Have few questions.

Do you follow some “rules” when you buy and search for it? You do only short term or long term too? Do you manage the short term or have a management company doing it?

What about some of the famous cons of owning a condo?

Homeowners Association Fees

Potentially Mismanaged Funds

Difficulty Selling

More Rules from condo management

Thanks
