Indianapolis market networking

I usually invest in Florida but I am now planning to buy some SFH and MFH in "solid" neighborhoods with good cash flow.

I don’t know Indianapolis but I want to connect with honest and professional Agents, other investors and property managers, in order to build a network and start investing.

I need tips, information about zip codes/cap rates, pros and cons, etc. etc.

Thank you.
