Hello BP, I'm looking for waterfront homes in Florida, I saw one I'm really interested in, in Cape Coral. Interested in knowing if anyone has any information at all regarding short term rentals and if it's a good market for that? I've done some research and it seems like it would work, but love to get some feedback from my BP peeps. Thanks!!

@Lorraine Patterson Cape Coral is definitely a great place to invest in an STR property! As mentioned previously, location plays a big factor in your income potential, as well as rental demand for the property. Another big factor that plays a role in this is the property type and any bonus features. The properties with the highest demand will ideally have at least four bedrooms, a pool, and be on a waterfront.

I would be happy to evaluate the current property you have picked out, feel free to message me the address, and I love to answer any other questions you may have as well!
