@Frank Hinck I plan on keeping it as a rental. So can I use my company to buy it from myself with private money? Or transfer it in my company name and then refinance it? Either way I'm using the money to invest in more real estate. I just wanna I now which would be the easiest way.

I have a free and clear property in my personal name for about 6 years and I want to take the equity out. I also wanted to know would it be best to transfer it into my company name or have my company buy it from my personal? What's the best way to pull out the equity?I'm caught up on the taxes also.

Good morning all,

I was wondering who all invest in big hotels in or around Jupiter Florida? I would like to pick your brain about a few things. I wanna know about the market there. I wanna hear from all commercial investors in or around the area but most importantly I wanna hear from the active seasoned investors in the area.

I was just wondering, can I do anything cause this seller backed out the deal at the last moment. we were going to close tomorrow and they backed out cause they found out they was not receiving any proceed because of mo health net taking money for work being done on the house. I had an end buyer to lease to own it from me as soon as I closed. she was depending on me and now she is going to be left out because of it. she needs a place to stay. So is there anything I can do about this
