I paid cash for my house in march.. it took all I had and im broke now and poor credit but I want to invest real bad cause I know once I start I will be great. Idk what to do next, how do I get private funding? Do I put a first mmortgage on my house? Im lost I need help please HELP. im stuck now and my market is aawsome I think I can really make a difference if only I can get started.. who do I turn to to get as little as 10- 15k cause that's all it takes for me ... any ideas

how's it going bro? I used usaa.. they are reasonable and a lot of times they insure vacant buildings as long as they are not too messed up.. we should link up and help each other.. I'm in st.louis also

thanks you guys.. @Jon Holdman I'm not tryna do nothing big, I just buy cheap property and rehab them.. i think Ima read up on wholesaling so that I can put some money in my pocket to get some more projects.. or try and find some kinda private individual to borrow from.. I don't need a lot I'm just a small fish for now.. I don't need no more than 20 to 30 grand....

my opinion? Natural is best.. sand that pine and stain it brother.. and I also say ceramic tile.. I think I seen where you can run heated cords under it also.. I may be wrong on that one so look into it first
