In our properties in Memphis, we will typically provide a vent-a-hood and a dishwasher but then the tenants are responsible for bringing everything else!

Memphis is a great market to invest in! It is becoming a little bit tougher to get turnkey properties for under $100,000 but sometimes we do still have some things that pop up!

The Memphis Market is a great place to invest. 

- Property values here will allow you to grow your portfolio faster. 

- We are still seeing positive cash flow even with interests going up a little bit.

- Appreciation has always been stable here and the prices of homes continue to go up! 

- I was born and raised here in Memphis and the growth that we have seen recently has been incredible, and the announcements of other plans for the future are getting a lot of people excited about where Memphis is headed in the next 5,10, or 15 years!

Memphis Is a great city to invest in! 

- For turnkey properties, we are seeing a decent amount of cash flow! It really will depend on the area you are looking at! The range is anywhere from $100-$250 per month! 

- Average appreciation in Memphis prior to covid was about 5% and since 2020 the average has been between 10-15%

- We are still seeing market prices increase currently!
