When people are just starting out in Real estate investing a lot of them look to Turnkey as a great place to start. 

You can find a company in an area that you want to invest in that will be fully integrated from top to bottom and be able to help you with all aspects of the purchase and management of the property. 

Memphis is a great market to invest in as we have a high percentage of renters in the area, good cash flow, and pretty stable appreciation as well.

Memphis is a great market to invest in 

- decent cashflow

- stable appreciation 

- over 50% of the population in Memphis are renters 

- Low supply will lead to increasing prices until we are able to build new developments again

I agree with Jennifer. If you are planning to use a property management team the easiest way to obtain a quote is by asking them! A lot of the time they will have their own team that can do the quote and the repairs for you, or they will have a list of potential people that can go out to the property as well!
