Looking for some guidance on the following:

- What is the avg cash flow in Memphis, TN?

- What is the avg appreciation per year?

- In the present market, are the prices still increasing ?

- Any good real estate agents who specifically help investors to scale?

Hello @Ruturaj Patil

Memphis Is a great city to invest in!

- For turnkey properties, we are seeing a decent amount of cash flow! It really will depend on the area you are looking at! The range is anywhere from $100-$250 per month!

- Average appreciation in Memphis prior to covid was about 5% and since 2020 the average has been between 10-15%

- We are still seeing market prices increase currently!

- feel free to reach out I can help you connect with someone or answer any other questions!
