Congratulations on the move to The Bay! Plenty of fun things to check out and opportunities to uncover! I moved to San Jose just over a year ago and am in a similar boat; I've been reading, listening to podcasts, take RE classes, and practicing crunching deals for several months now, and I'm ready to start taking action. Similarly, my capital is minimal. My plan is to ask local investors to work for free under them for a few weeks in exchange for some knowledge, experience, and wisdom.
