Start to Wholesale in San Francisco Bay Area
Hello everyone,
I am looking to invest and do some wholesale deal in San Francisco Bay Area. What I am looking for is to able to help the investor to achieve their dream (because that is my dream to, I just don't have cash to do it yet) and learn from them. I would like to build a rental portfolio some day. Right now I am just looking do build cash capital by wholesaling.
I just want to have a call out to all the investor in the San Francisco bay area and if you could drop me a line on what you want. It will be greatly appreciate because I will know what I should be looking for and I will sure to bring it to you first when I got something on my hand that you are looking for.
I am new and energetic to both learning and doing deal.
