Hello I am creating this group to meet individuals interested/involved in real estate. (Midway) area of Chicago IL,  Oak lawn, West lawn, Burbank, Bedford park, Clearing, Garfield ridge and surrounding area. Really, anyone is open to come. I have been to a couple groups and have not seen one in this particular area. Plenty of sales and pitching! Meet is at Starbucks, ill repackage there free water and sell it to you on the way out. lol No this strictly to meet, network and help each other out.  Come have some coffee!

Hello BP world. I am talking to a couple of motivated sellers. I plan to acquire properties with low or no money. Does anybody practice Subject To's, owner financing to acquire in NWI area?

@Mike Flora how often do you come across owner financing? I am in the Chicago area and pursuing that route. First buy and hold needed more reno than I estimated, which left me a bit strapped . So now complete creative finance lol 

I just purchased a list of properties 1-20 units. Equity % 90- 100+. I am planning on cold calling absentee owners and mailing to owner occupied. Am I on the right track lol I know everyone starts differently. 

@Eric Bueno I went through the same thing. My car wasn't worth 20K. It was an 01 Lexus. I also had a jeep. So I figured sell it. I didn't get much but helped for down-payment on first house hack. We are doing reno now. No looking back!
