There are some airbnbs up and running in that area. I talked to a guy with short term rental experience in the village. I received it should be ok. Second guy said no. Overall village seems lenient. It's just a matter of listing.

I try do to much due diligence to make sure area is not completely restricted against home sharing. 

Yes the owner knows. I do have a back up plan if airbnb counters or may reject.

Hey does anybody host,co-host an arbnb listing near Ohare Airport?(Park Ridge,Bensenville, Elkgrove)

If so how is it? I know its seasonal. However there are more attractions than just O'Hare Airport. That's why Im asking

Hey I had a question guys, see if anyone can help . I am set to sign a lease on an apartment/office area. That I will use for airbnb. I believe its zoned as commercial. Will double check! I have contacted village and have received two different answers. Yes and no.

Question is, has anyone registered on Airbnb,  with commercial and or mix use zoning?

I ran into that group and think it serves for some and some not. When you compare to college, makes sense to do so! 

I chose to jump in and organically build relationships. Through bp events, and other networking events. Or find someone local and see what kind of help they may need. I paid with my time. I door knocked and cold called for a seasoned investor. I spent 3-5 hours driving to his farm area(driving4dollars ) everyweek for 6 months. Pay based on results.

Regardless which way you decide, you will make a mistake. Mentors, courses and education helps to minimize them. Good luck !
