DSCR sitting mid 6s today in the majority of scenarios. In general, most DSCR loans are sold on the secondary market.

@Anne Christensen in 2024, being local to the property offers no real advantage. The vast majority of business purpose lenders (hard money and DSCR) do business in MD because there is no state specific license requirement for those loans.
