Hey Luis your story sounds a lot like mine I'm 18 i'll be 19 at the end of this month but I went to technical school while in high school for HVAC, ill be starting college in June working toward a degree in economics, I'm in Kansas City and I got my real estate salesperson license as well, I attended a local seminar by Robert Kioyasoki and thats what sparked my interest ,As far as books if your looking to get started with tax liens "the 16% solution is a good one" also The Millionaire Real Estate Investor.

Good luck,

Adrian Williams

By the way Travis you don't need a landline for magic jack I believe its 19.00 for a year of service but you still have to buy the "magic jack" you then plug the magic jack into the usb port on your computer and hook up a landline type phone to the magic jack!

Goodluck ! :)

There are a few conference calls that many investors give on all the information you want to know about tax liens at the end usually you can ask questions. I'm tuning into one tonight best of all its free and at the end you can ask questions !

Goodluck :)

Post: Gmail vs Outlook?

I use gmail , I think its one of the best free email services I agree with a previous post that it can be hard to find messages that got sent to you awhile back, but overall I love it and wouldn't use any service , also with gmail you get GOOGLE VOICE which they actually assign you a phone number with an area code of your choice and people can call your number and it will forward the call to a cell phone or land line of your choice this service is also free and when people leave you a message it emails you the message and you can listen online and you can set it up so that it will text your phone whatever the message was word for word, I know this discussion was originally about email , I kinda got sidetracked ! #TEAMGOOGLE

Most REO agents I have experienced are not the nicest people most have a high volume of listings and calls and most of the time you can assume a little more stress than your average agent , I would say call another agent to look at the property another agent that will get back with you promptly its a win win you get a agent that wants to work with you, the agent you work with will get a commission and the jerk that didn't return your call will have to split the commission!
