(Nevermind what I said about tax liens - I violated the site's policy on listing other websites - sorry!)

For notes there are plenty of sites. Of course it's even better to go thru a legit broker, like Marc Faulkner. I'm not a broker, but I do have notes in my portfolio that I'll liquidate from time to time.
