@Lakeisha B. - The hardest part for me I would say was the portion on proration's and financing that being said I passed the test the first time, I know many colleagues that thought it was a test that you can skim over all the study materials and expect to pass and quickly realized that it's not - (Not saying that's you but I know many friends who thought that) but I would say just be sure to really study the material and take all the practice courses that you can if you do that I'm confident you will pass the second time around! :)

You would need to contact the local board where the other agent belongs to , they would listen to the case and rule either in your favor or not.
