Hi everyone, Kristie from St Louis, Mo here. I'm taking a big leap and switching careers in my 40's from Nursing to Real Estate Investing and I'm just beginning this process. Providing health care for those in need has been an honor but it's time now to take care of my financial freedom. Doing some online research and found BP, can't get enough of the podcasts then found the forum. It keeps getting better! Originally thought I'd flip.....then thought about working as an agent.....changed to student housing rentals....I'll figure it out with a little help from this site.
