Hello Everyone,

I am looking for anyone willing to share their knowledge on passing the GA real estate exam. I have taken the test once, and did not pass. Any advice is always appreciated! Thanks

I passed all of it the first time over 12 years ago but I am a test nerd and can study right before tests and do well.

In later years I took the broker test and that was a very tough test.

When I took the agent it was easy multiple choice. Lakeisha I am assuming you took the pre-license hours and passed the mid term and final and what you failed was the state test.

The state test last time I did it was multiple choice. A multiple choice test an optimal strategy some use is to only answer questions you know 100% and then skip the others. For instance out of 4 answers to a question and you have narrowed to 2 skip the question and come back to it later.

More questions down the line you answer a question that takes one of the 2 answers off the list. Now you have your answer with one choice left to go back to.

You then leave the ones you absolutely have no clue about for the end and take an educated guess.
