Hey BP. Im looking for a partner to assist me in my first deal. I have begun my marketing and am setting up my lists and systems to start my first campaign of direct mail. Im looking for someone in the area that is willing to assist me in closing my first deal. My ideal partnership will be if i come to you with a lead and we can go forth together in setting up the contract and getting it assigned. Im mainly looking for the education and the expirence but we will split the profits as necessary. My first few deals i will not be looking for a large profit just to gain the knowledge and experience of how to close the deals. If this is something that interests you or you want to get in touch to discuss further please feel free to reach out. Thankyou for your time.

Regards,

Adam.

Hey BP. Im just getting started in this field of real estate and am looking for someone to co-wholesale with me. The ideal situation would be i go out and find the deals through direct mail, yellow letters, ect. And bring the deal to you who just has to close it. I also have a few buyers on my list. Im really looking for the expirence of the closing process here in ma. I would expect a small cut of profit but as i said im mainly looking for expirence. If this sounds like a plan you want a part in please feel free to contact me. Also any tips or advice is always welcomed. Thankyou.

Adam.

Hey all, So I be been actively reaching and acquiring as much knowledge as I can. currently I am in the process of builing my team along with a buyers list. I would like to know if anyone would be interested in a type of co-wholesaling. in which I would find deals through direct marketing, mailers, ECT. and I would bring them to another wholesaler to complete the process. I would like a small cut of profeit but the knowlage and experience is what im truly after. If anyone is interested or wants to throw me some tips or advice that's always appreciated. Thanks. Adam.

So far i have been trying to learn as much as i can before i get to involved in deals. I feel like im missing a few pices to the puzzle. For example, if i get a deal FSBO. I have a buyer lined up and we set up a P&S. Now what?. I have been looking into mailers but if i ahow up and tell someone that i can buy theyre house in 30 days. And they say ok. Now they begin to pack and move. If i dont find a buyer i would feel pretty bad. I understand that there is give and gake in this buisness but like i said im missing some cruicial elements of this system. I feel like i have a strong eye for finding proporties i could turn into a deal. I just dont know exactly what to do after i find one. Any information to help me along would be greatly appreciated. And thankyou for reaching out.

Thanks for the tips. Im trying to take a similar path. wholesale until ive raised enough capital then do tmwhat i feel i will be good at which is rehabs. I have a decent backround in construction and feel it will be a good asset for me. Currently im tryi g to build my list of investors before i find deals. I had some luck finding deals through the county accesors records and reached out to the owners through mail. I received a call back but since i had only 1 investor who didnt have time i let the deal go. If you have any investors in the area that are looking for more proporties or if you want to possibly connect  maybe we can help each other out.

Hey Omar,

Seems like we are in similar situations and was curious if you had found anyone to help you get the ball rolling.

Best,

Adam.

Hey all, im new to the field of real estate but come from a construction backround and have been a part of many remodels, renovations, and rebuilds. Im looking to introduce myself to you fine people in hopes of growing my network of investors and sellers. I plan to begin wholesaing from the south shore and move to fix and flips after i have raised enough capital. Im always seeking advice and coaching as well. I have a small group of investors currently from the cape but am having trouble finding off market deals. Feel free to send a request so we can talk and hopefully help eachother grow. Thankyou for your time everyone.

Hello all, i am just getting into the buisness and trying to learn as much as i can right now before making any moves. However, my grandmother owns a nice home in jay vermont and wants to get out quick due to her husbands passing. So as im going through books and videos trying to get my feet wet this oportunity falls in my lap. I have been processing data on income rates and housing mediums in the area but wanted to reach out to anyone on here that may have some experience in the area. The population seems to be only 500 people but the house is located 15 minutes from the major ski resort. I know i can get the house for a great deal (single family 4 bedroom on 2 acres) but wanted some insight to the market there as i cant find to much info. Any feedback is greatly appreciated. Thankyou
