Hey BP. Im looking for a partner to assist me in my first deal. I have begun my marketing and am setting up my lists and systems to start my first campaign of direct mail. Im looking for someone in the area that is willing to assist me in closing my first deal. My ideal partnership will be if i come to you with a lead and we can go forth together in setting up the contract and getting it assigned. Im mainly looking for the education and the expirence but we will split the profits as necessary. My first few deals i will not be looking for a large profit just to gain the knowledge and experience of how to close the deals.
