New member from s.s.mass trying to cut my teeth

Hey all. Newbie from south shore mass. Looking to get into wholesaling and from there tranistion into fix and flip and possibly rentals after. I currently am a full time hvac technician and have been around the remodel and update game in both residental and commercial. Im looking to meet up and connect with anyone in my area i can lean from or do buisness with. Im extremely motivated and driven to succeed. The BP community has been very beneficial so far with its plethora of knowlage. Im really looking forward to closing my first deal and connecting with everyone. Thankyou!
