Co-wholesaling in massachusetts.

Hey all, So I be been actively reaching and acquiring as much knowledge as I can. currently I am in the process of builing my team along with a buyers list. I would like to know if anyone would be interested in a type of co-wholesaling. in which I would find deals through direct marketing, mailers, ECT. and I would bring them to another wholesaler to complete the process. I would like a small cut of profeit but the knowlage and experience is what im truly after. If anyone is interested or wants to throw me some tips or advice that's always appreciated. Thanks. Adam.
