Jay vermont market questions. Rural single familiy fsbo

Hello all, i am just getting into the buisness and trying to learn as much as i can right now before making any moves. However, my grandmother owns a nice home in jay vermont and wants to get out quick due to her husbands passing. So as im going through books and videos trying to get my feet wet this oportunity falls in my lap. I have been processing data on income rates and housing mediums in the area but wanted to reach out to anyone on here that may have some experience in the area. The population seems to be only 500 people but the house is located 15 minutes from the major ski resort. I know i can get the house for a great deal (single family 4 bedroom on 2 acres) but wanted some insight to the market there as i cant find to much info. Any feedback is greatly appreciated. Thankyou
