Hey BP. Im just getting started in this field of real estate and am looking for someone to co-wholesale with me. The ideal situation would be i go out and find the deals through direct mail, yellow letters, ect. And bring the deal to you who just has to close it. I also have a few buyers on my list. Im really looking for the expirence of the closing process here in ma. I would expect a small cut of profit but as i said im mainly looking for expirence. If this sounds like a plan you want a part in please feel free to contact me. Also any tips or advice is always welcomed. Thankyou.

Adam.
