Post: Exclude or not to Exclude PO Boxes from Mailers

Ive been searching all over BP for the answer but all I see are a million threads about getting a PO Box for returned mail.

I'm curious if people exclude mailing prospects if they have a PO Box as their mailing address for absentee owners. I'm setting a campaign for about 8,000 pieces a month and about 800 of the absentee properties go to an owner with a PO Box for their mailing address. Should I exclude or send them out?

@Ana G. Congrats on the success! Have you increased the number of pieces you're sending out each month via direct mail? Would also love to hear another update before closing out 2015 =)

thanks for the feedback. I have a lot of personal liquid funds I'm already using but was looking to see if there was a way to use this additional capital towards the business. Thanks for the feedback

thanks Bob. That is exactly what I was told as well since I'm now self employed. Anyway to use those funds towards my flips without being exposed to taxes?

Hi Everyone,

I currently have a 401k through my previous employer with about $65k and would like to put it to use in my house flipping business. Is it possible to self direct those funds towards my business in anyway? Can I set up a note or TD against a specific property to help it grow tax free? I'm hearing mixed answers in regards to being able to do it without getting taxed like crazy.

We're in expansion mode!!! We are rehab flip investors looking for properties in the Southern California area (inland OC, Inland Empire, Riverside County, certain parts of LA and the high desert.) At this point we are looking to substantially grow our business and buy many properties a month. We would like to partner with wholesalers and realtors who may have access to Single family and/or condo's to flip. Realtors get to List anything they bring us!!! I make decisions within minutes and I have sole discretion to make any decision on acquisitions. I don't play games and close when I make a commitment to buy a property. PM or call and we can discuss further.
