Very simple for me.

#1 - Build a casino/resort smack dab in the middle of the Las Vegas strip.
#2 - purchase an uninhabited island (similar to Sir Richard Branson) and create my own resort destination.

Nothing wrong with dreaming the extraordinary :)

I had heard a good tip from an investor to get a copy of a new contractors bank statement to provide proof that they aren't paycheck to paycheck GC's. Anybody else on here do that or have heard of doing that? Won't that piss off a contractor by getting too personal? It seems like a real smart idea though but I don't want to burn any bridges with a potentially good GC.

welcome tahir,

A real awesome source that worked for me are the BP podcasts as well as Justin Williams podcasts (called house flipping HQ). Both provide a wealth of knowledge about everything REI related and will give you direct access to how others are successful. Both podcasts are on itunes.

Quick question. Should I be getting a W9 from a wholesaler that I started working with? We did an assignment agreement but wanted to know if I should be sending a W9 as well.

that sounds great if it works for everyone. If not, there's always Slaters 50/50 right off the 5 and El toro :)

Anybody ever attend or is a part of the OCREIA in Orange County. It looks pretty big but not sure if I'm going to be sucked into a giant upselling protal.
