@Monique M. I'm not really looking for something to get started with since I've been using Podio for the past 2 years. I was hoping for something that was more intuitive, and can do many of the funnel lead management systems that Robert referred to.

@Patrick Liska I haven't tried ACT since I was a Loan Officer 10 years ago...lol

@Robert Syfert, Thanks for your feedback! I agree completely that Podio has a lot of potential once you incorporate Globiflow and Zapier in the mix. The ability to send leads through a funnel is the main feature I'm looking to get in a CRM system. But like you said, unless I have a full time Podio Development team, the time needed to create this system would pull me away from actually making more $$.

Wanted to know what everyone's preference was for their CRM system. I need something that is more intuitive than Podio and Globiflow and can handle automated Email, Text and even voicemail follow up if possible. Podio becomes very cumbersome considering I see other platforms that cost the roughly the same and ready to go"out of the box"

I agree. Plus it's email marketing so a 1% response rate is super cheap to get

@Jonathan C. that would be a great help. How has the response rate been on these blasts? I'm looking to blast around 5,000 agents in Southern California

I put them up on mine. Only down side is sometimes neighbors feel inclined to call you about every problem but for the most part has been a cheap way to market my services in buying houses.

Does anyone here do email blasts to realtors asking for distressed properties they may have for sale? I'm looking to put together an email blast campaign to thousands of agents and want some insight on how some others are doing it successfully.

I prefer tax defaults since I've personally found NODs and NTS are bombarded with other competition. Are you using the list from Property Radar?

I'm currently using Podio but it's very cumbersome unless you know exactly what you want with it or have someone full time to make it efficient. I'm also looking for another CRM thats built better "out of the box" or need minor tweeking. Has anybody heard of REI Mobile? It's a product offered by Lead Propeller and am curious if anyone has tried it.
