I would  echo that, be  careful, inspect. There is a reason the house price was dropped significantly... ( it could be that they are just motivated sellers, but its best to be safe and not sorry.) Check for leins on property tooo

anybody here know anything about tiny house development/ movements?? not sure where to post this?

i am wondering what direction one might approach this- VR, campsite? trailor park? I would want it to be VR for short term housing, so campground.

awesome @Account Closed that is what we were thinking... you could hook up like a camper to water and power. I dont know how sewer system works... someone told me that they have compost toilets. 

Wondering if anybody has done anything with tiny house movement? Would it fall under camp spots? (A tiny house community) What are your thoughts? have you any experiance with tiny houses?

awesome @Wesley C. I am intrigued and will do some more research and i will start another post, and see if anybody here knows anything in this arena. Thank for putting that idea out there. I have seen some tiny home videos and articles. I personally couldnt live so little, but perhaps a college student or a visiting intern that wants simple and piece after a day at the hospital or night. :D Maybe as you say under campground. Again thank you.
