Thanks Paul.
No I've not explored everything here. This guy contacted me. I don't know much about him or his programs. Although I've done some deals I feel like I'm probably missing out on from the calls I get from direct mail. Ive only dealt with cash buyers and within certain zip codes. I don't know how to structure a deal using other financing possibility that benefit all parties involved. How will I know if a property is a good candidate for a buy and hold scenario for me using seller-financing or another investor/buyer? And I just started using my Web site for lead generation. What will I do with those people, if their homes aren't in my comfort zone areas?? So I liked what he had to say about these topics in particular. I don't even know if I'm making sense lol.
one thing I find very odd is that his intro video is done while he's DRIVING. and I've seen this quite a few times. why the heck are people taking videos of themselves while they drive? that doesn't make any sense...and it's dangerous.
the only instance where I think it's "cool" is if you're driving a Lamborghini, Ferrari, McLaren, Pagani, Koenigsegg, etc. :)
@marina
@Marina Sud you also might want to talk to @sharon
@Sharon Vornholt because she does wholesaling in your area as well.

Name is familiar, I think he did some learning here on BP.
They probably make the video in a rented car because they don't have an office. Tell him you're learning on BP and that I'm helping you, that might tic him off and stop him from soliciting you. I just helped you out, BTW!
I'm stuffed! Have a great Turkey Day! :)

Jay, you can make yours from your plane, I'll make mine from the yacht, it won't be out of dry dock until next May, you'll have to wait.
Reminds me of the shipping commercial where the guy has his desk in the garage with the door covered in a skyline office view as a wall covering, it worked well until his with raised the garage door with the groceries!
Wonder if making their videos at the alter in a church would add creditability for their pitch????........Nah, probably not! :)
Joe Sharon is awesome. She's my coach actually. I must have missed Mark's car video! Has anyone actually worked with him? Bill, I'm learning on BP. I'm learning from reading, from meeting a lot of people. I'm working hard. I've made a complete career shift in 8 months, without starving or going into foreclosure!! Once I set my mind on something.....I don't stop until it's accomplished. Mark seems okay. His thing is REI webtools and accountability. Happy Turkey Day to all.

@Bill Gulley Dave Del Dotto had the best set up ... he had a set on the beach in Waikiki with a bikini clad babe on each arm.
And make no mistake Mr. Del Dotto made a fortune in the RE educational business.. Many of the BP folks are probably too young to remember him.. But it was him and Carlton Sheets.. they were the Kiosaki, Montalongo of the day.
Mr. Del Dotto took his vast fortune and bought Wineries in the Napa valley.. One just happened to be within 500 feet of my home.. I would take guests there for barrel tastings in his Caves.. He would lead the tour in the day and if you caught him as the last tour he would spend another hour regaling of stories of his RE pitch career.
Google Del Dotto wines Napa CA... to get a flavor of how much money is in the RE educational business

Yes, I know of them both, total history. The first in business usually win, invent popcorn popped in it's own pan with an expandable foil top and you'll do fine. But the idea still comes from Native Americans with corn and fire. Get the basics and design your own approach.

Ok. Del Dotto did have the cool beach shots. We learned that Mr D bought the rights to sell the course before he had ever purchased a property himself. Very compelling, however.
My friend Tony Alvarez got his start when he bought into the idea that anyone could get rich in real estate. And he did (over 200 rentals later). Tony is now the undisputed 800 pound gorilla in the Antelope Valey near L.A.
Another friend of mine auctioned off DDD's office (full of equipment) lock, stock and barrel, as they say. Same buddy now owns the building once owned by yet another guru, Marshal (?).
Speaking of guru's, my vote for over the top pitches goes to....(drumroll, please)... Tom Vu.
@Jay Hinrichs
😂 I bought Carlton Sheets "No money down" course at 17 yrs old. Oops!
