Today I Become a Full Time REI
After 8 months of countless hours learning the in-depths on Real Estate Investing, networking, coming across a few deals, negotiating, and closing. I decided to quit the J.O.B. for good!
My friends at BP can count on me more than never!
It was a hard not so hard decisions to make. But I'm sure if all the resources, and hard work, I'll make thru a successful career.
Let's connect and close more deals!!!
Regards,
Congratulations!!!That is awesome! It is nice when baby steps reach big goals.
It's a great feeling, Elizabeth!
Thanks for the post.
Regards,

I quit my job over 3 years ago and was the best career move I made. Good luck!!

Would you summarize your deals and what you have done?
How did you get to this point?
Congradulations!
I can't wait till I'm where you are RIGHT NOW!
Just started my first marketing campaign, so I have a bit more to go, but very hungry.
How many deals have you done up to this point?

Bumping post, as I'd like to hear the answers to these questions too.
Way to go - sounds like you've made some quick progress! Excited to see where your journey takes you. Cheers!
That's amazing! Congrats! I too would love to hear how you got there, @Emerson Miranda
@Emerson Miranda....Congrats and hopefully one day i can enjoy that same feeling .
Please share the details..and congrats once!!
All my dearest BP Friends,
With hard, non-stop work, I setup my system to have a REI company.
Now, I have a solid list of Buyers, and I JV a lot with Wholesalers.
Analyzing these properties, and passing them to my Buyers have been critical.
As you all know, finding a real deal is not easy.
Most of the deals I've done have been wholesale deals.
I'm still waiting to get my hands on a great rehab opportunity.
Now that I'll have more time to focus on what I really want, I'll definitely come across my "Big Deal" soon.
My Nephew, recent grad in Financing, is my partner as well. He's been a helpful hand.
So, the goal now is to close four deal per month for the next four months.
We want to get into Hi-Fi's, and build our rental portfolio.
So much to learn! Let's get it done!
I'll be in touch with you guys with questions, and sharing some of my thoughts.
Thanks again for your replies!

Congratulations! What markets are you working in?
Congrats. Best advice I ever got was to go full time. I did and haven't looked back since. Build you network and the deals will come in any market. If you have any wholesale deals East of Hollywood and as far as the Inland Empire, please email me. I'm also open to JV. Good luck!
WOW! Congrats to your big news and decision. I too have that same goal... do real estate full time. :) I am a new comer, but I am very determined and very excited to learn and accomplish my goal.
Will you be doing any out of state investing or is it too soon to know?
I will be starting out with wholesaling, but at the same time... learn the trade of fix and flip. That is my passion.
Congratulations! I wish you lots of continued success!
Dear @Samantha Lotti

Expanding to New York.

That is awesome that you are expanding. I am in Oregon, so keep me in mind if you venture this way. :)
I will continue to follow my passion and its stories like yours that keep me going!
Thanks for sharing!
