I just acquired a property in which the previous owner had a person over-looking the property for her. She had promises that the lady would leave the property, whenever needed. Now, the deal is closed and she asked an attorney would her rights, and he told her she can stay up to 60 days.

She has no leases, or ever made a rent payment.

The owner even offered her a hotel for two weeks, but now it seems she abusing the system.

The questions is:

- Can we just change the locks, and leave her stuff out?

Real Cash Buyers that can close quickly, is not as easy to find, as everybody says.

A lot of people my wasting time out there.

And in Los Angeles, deals with 20%+ ROI are hard to find.

Not many Buyers are willing to take 10% ROI.

Still building a real list of fast Buyers.......
