@Joe Fairless Just wanted to say thank you for including me in this great event. I'm happy to welcome everybody to the greatest city in the country. If you've never been to Denver before you will love it. I hope you get some time to spend here. 

The Denver market is really hot right now and were finding lots of deals. I'm also excited to learn more about other markets around the country and see what opportunities are available. 

I'm looking forward to having drinks with people I met last year and meeting all kinds of new folks. If you guys need anything in Denver, please reach out.
