Do you have pet problems like I have pet problems?
This is an evicted renter that was bringing animals into the house. Horses, cows, lambs, emus, and more unauthorized cats and dogs than we can count. There were many more pictures, but I left them out because of kids. This was a 700 square foot house with two adults and four children aged 5 - 15.
At least the lamb was wearing a diaper.
What's your pet horror story?
This happens to me all the time . ....................... thats nuts
I had one tenant who bred pitbulls in a neighborhood where i own 16 units on the block. 5 of me tenants plus my handy man had purchased a dog from them and out of all 5 that moved out including the breeder every single property had damage to moldings doors and walls from dog scratches.
I was just complaining about cat urine in the carpet at my rental after walking it with the cleaners. Never will I complain about animals in my rental again after seeing this 🫣

Did three wise men have their camels tied up outside?
I assume they brought these animals inside to get them away from a harsh winter storm or something?
Or were they just some people who wanted to live in a stable with the animals?
You get a trophy on this one, I don't think anyone can beat your zoo!

The images were from throughout the year, most of them during the spring, summer, and fall.
@Nathan Gesner
The previous owner of my building allowed cats. I’ve had two bad cat piss turnovers which entailed removing doors and door frames, cutting out studs and ripping out gyp-crete. Nothing compared to what you got going on there. Just keep going!
