American West worked with me on rent increases while still giving me more than equitable annual cost increases. Thank you, American West Realty. American West Realty was prompt In responding to our request of a broken appliance. The repair man was friendly, efficient and pleasant to talk to. I have also had a great experience thus far with this company in terms of prompt response to the many questions I had upon moving into our new place. Our Property Manager, Nicole Baggs, has been super friendly, helpful, and professional. I would highly recommend renting from American West Realty!

Kristi was super helpful and sweet! As it was our first inspection she explained everything and made sure we understood all that was taking place and what it was for. Also, she was super nice to our cat, and he liked her so that’s how you can tell she’s a good person.
