Looking for lenders who can do a cashout refinance w/o considering seasoning on a SFR in Austin, TX

 Hey Varun, 

There are quite a few lenders that can do this but rates are typically higher and many have 5 year prepayment penalties. I can recommend a lender that has a 1 year prepayment penalty. Happy to connect

 For sure - seasoning requirement will only be 3 months which is generally equivalent to no seasoning for any real rehabs

    Hi @Varun C. You can use your recent purchase price plus cost of improvement and go up to 75% LTV with a 650 fico and close in LLC.

    No reason to pay ANY pre-pay penalty even on a DSCR loan.
