@Rob Austin I agree with the other comments. Your best option would be if you have a partner that does have a better fico score. Is the subject property in your personal name or entity? 

@Guillermo P Manso Atlanta is a great location and I agree with @Lateefah Mathews about the MTR comment. Less maintenance and regulation could be a better option. When it comes to financing, we provide some flexible loan options. We also have loan programs for foreign investors with no US credit for up to 50% LTV and can typically close between 30-45 days.
