Looking to connect with the investors who are successfully implementing the BRRRR strategy in and around the Triangle metros (Raleigh - Durham - Chapel Hill), North Carolina in the current market.

Let's meet and talk over a coffee if you are local.

Hey BP Team - Is anyone familiar with or ever used Connexus credit union? - This is based out of Wisconsin and is offering me good rates for a conventional loan  on my primary.

Just wanted to check their reviews - if they can close within time etc.

Any help with the feedback is appreciated, Thank You.

@Paul Vail

I was able to open a business account last week with PNC bank and they do support Zelle for business accounts (glad the min balance is also 500).  Regarding the partner situation, they can't set up a debit card for my partner as he is not physically present, but I got one and we can operate online for any transactions.

Overall I am relieved and I appreciate everyone for taking the time and helping.  Appreciate it.  Teamwork!

@Jeff Costa Thanks for your response, I tried it. Wells Fargo is not able to open a business account unless all the partners of the LLC are physically present at the bank.

@Paul Vail Thank You.  Can First Citizens open a business account though my biz partner is from a different location?

Team - I live in North Carolina and my business partner is from Texas. We recently purchased an investment property on an LLC and have been struggling to open a bank account that has Zelle to collect rent. All the banks are expecting all the partners to be physically present to open a business account.

Any suggestions on how we can make it work are much appreciated.
