REI Reply - Too Good To Be True?

Wondering if any wholesalers or other investors have used this software service, REI Reply. Seems too good to be true and wisdom tells me that it probably is. But hey, maybe they've cracked the code or something. I think this is a relatively new service, just kicked off in April.

https://www.reireply.com/

Has anybody used this yet and have results that they could share? If it's legit, I might put it into my toolbelt.

Thanks BP Homies!

Hi @Tucker Cummings!  If you have to ask then odds are good . . . it's "all hat and no cattle"

However, if they offer a trial or any other way to let their service prove itself, I'd put it to the test.

@Tucker Cummings Did you ever move forward with REI Reply? If so, what's your experience thus far?

@Andrew Gonzalez I did not, I didn't see anywhere on their site for a free trial (unless they've added one recently). Not to mention it seems like cell phone carriers are cracking down on mass texts and RVM for wholesaling, which seems to be this company's bread and butter. So I'll probably just pass on REI reply until its vetted out a bit more, I'm not in such a huge rush on this that I want to be the guinea pig for their platform.

Anything in real estate investment, from a deal to a system, that seems too good to be true, always is. If not, it would just be true and validated everywhere.

@Tucker Cummings I've been using it for about 1 month. It does more than just mass texts and RVM. You can schedule all sorts of automation (emails, webforms, tasks). It's a pretty versatile software and so far it's the best thing I have found for an investor/agent (I find podio too confusing). It really helps me manage both sides of the business from one place. Also, super affordable compared to what's out there. Just my 2 cents.

Hey I have had account for a while and love it. I was able to cancel all my other services for the most part. It saved me hundreds, not to mention the great live one on one support by phone, email, and even messenger. I love this product its changed the game!!

Hi @Tucker Cummings I use Reireply I like it a lot! I really cant compare it to any other system because i really never used anything else except for maybe the app TEXT Blast or Majic text, I am new to the  wholesale biz i ran a leads on those 2 apps and response was terrible, then i thought i give ReiReply a try and i usually am not into software seems like everyone said use this or that, but for some reason i gave it a try, and this just worked awesome, leads will respond, some responses from sellers you may not like but being new to this biz i figures that out right away, the 1st day I uploaded leads i called there support staff which are great by the way, and friendly.

She was on the phone with me helped load my leads and while i am on the phone with her she goes OK there they go , i said " there goes what?" she said your leads they are responding to the messages, i said what that quick already, WHILE SHE WAS ON THE PHONE WITH ME SECONDS, crazy so i really like that aspect, it felt better than using the hand full of mailers i sent you just don't know if they ever got the letter or not and me being new i needed to see some action progress, moving forward i work in collections so I wasn't afraid to talk to people, basically I think that's the only way you can fail if you don't respond, i know people are afraid to talk on the phone , anyways that's my experience hope this helps.

@Tucker Cummings, I am currently using this system and its the only CRM I currently pay for with propstream.  I dropped all the others except for my websites because I have not gotten to configuring that part yet but it is available.  The system is constantly being updated and with a few clicks you can automate RVM,SMS,Emails and all kinds of campaigns which you can customize.  I even pull my Facebook ads leads into this platform which instantly reach out and add them to a specific campaign.

I am still learning the system and it could use some tweaks but overall I am happy especially at the current price. You can setup a cold call powerdialer campaign for a VA with their own login that you customize what they see.

There is plenty to customize in a full CRM but I am stilling finding my way around this thing.  Think about it, I am sure we have all drop more than 50 bucks on systems that was garbage or we never use, give her a spin.  Support is awesome as well.

We have had REI Reply for about 3 months and it is simply AMAZING! We loved it so much we paid for months in advance. It has changed our business and opened up so much more time to do other tasks. We were able to get rid of all our other programs other than Propstream to run comps and such. The program literally reaches out to someone 12 times or so in 3 days (we all know follow up is key)! We can hang with our kids and a campaign is going out. My husband and I look at eachother as responses are coming in on our app like "oh another campaign went out, we love this"!! Also you literally cannot beat the price of texts and rvms sent. The customer support is better than amazing as well. Anytime I have a question or need help someone responds right away. I have not complaints yet.

I've tried almost every automated REI system. This system is simple to use and allows me to save money by combining multiple tools and marketing channels. And the support is excellent.

I have been using it since Feb and I love it.  I work a very time demanding job and it has been very difficult to work on my wholesaling business.  I found it very difficult to find time to cold call and or even follow up on any leads or list.  REIREPLY has 100% changed this around for me.  I haven't even used 80% of all the capabilities this tool has to offer.  I have used it mainly for texting campaigns and replaced my cold calling.  This allows me to set up a list to start whenever I want and can reply as they come in real time or as my time allows me too.  I've began trying to learn how to utilize the rest of its tools to get the full benefits.  My overall favorite part is the the designers/owners Dave and Susan are always there to help or answer any questions.  They take all suggestions, have great training, and are always trying to improve the software.   I highly highly recommend REIREPLY

@Tucker Cummings, I wanted to let you know that REI Reply is a real service. As a newbie investor, skeptical at first when I saw someone speaking on it in a REIA FB group, I was able to consolidate several services and platforms I was spending money on when I made the switch. That included Buyers on Fire Xplode, Call Rail, Carrot, and Stratics Networks and logging out of Podio and Slack CRM's. It also comes with an app that feeds RVM's and SMS right to your cellphone. And that's not even the full force of the platform's capability. I'm guessing there's no trial because they are currently ( and have been since Feb.) offering beta trial pricing of $49/month, 1.63 a day for 30 days. The cost-effectiveness of the platform in my opinion is they leverage Twilio's pay per use features, so you're not spending money on unused services like you can with some others in my experience. Their head of IT/customer support, Susan is very accessible whether thru email, FB group, or her contacting you to confirm your automation/rvm voice drops are correctly uploaded as she did for me about 30 minutes (as of this post) ago for a campaign of 300+ rvm/SMS I sent out. I am not an affiliate. I invest part-time currently, but I have used and trialed several systems that torched my burn rate. If it's not for you, you're only out 49 bucks, your grandfathered billing designation and whatever you spend on the campaigns you send out. If you're a one-man army, let some of this automated technology do the heavy lifting so you can be the problem solver for that motivated seller.

I am currently signed for ReiReply, I was in doubt. I had given them a call and asked all kinds of questions. They were probably getting tired of me with all my questions. But they are legit. We talked about systems and integration. I'm on board with them and will be  sticking with them. For a start up company you will be very doubted, and I get that. But if you have not done your due diligence to check them out you can't talk bad about him. I can totally see the direction that is REIReply is going and I am riding with them. At this time I don't see any issues with them or there ability.

@Tucker Cummings Depends what you’re looking to do. They’re cracking down on people blasting large list and certain keywords not SMS/RVM overall. Remember you’re not selling anything you’re asking to buy! It is limited to only cell phones for most of the services but you can use landline numbers for a poor mans power dialer as well. They also have been making pretty significant updates since it’s started. It’s still beta so there are some things that can be updated but for the price it’s a game changer.

I've been using it for several months. It's legit a game changer.  Everything is automated & built in, that includes Power Dialer, Unlimited Websites, texting, RVM, CRM, pipeline stages, workflows, Funnels /Campaigns for everything, unlimited people can work on your CRM with no extra charges, plus more..  like Outbound & Inbound IVR (Interactive Voice Response) that they are currently building ... Propstream is integrated but that is a separate subscription.

Call me cynical, but I am leery of all of the replies from users with one or 2 total post. Did they join BP and immediately search for REI Reply? I guess it is possible, but …

There were a couple positive feedbacks from some BP users with more than a few posts, but most of the positive feedback came from users with very few posts.

I have a bridge in Brooklyn for sale.  If necessary, I can get some BP users with a couple of posts to vouch that it is a legit product.

    Good luck

Experienced Listing Agent/Investor and 3 week user of REIREPLY.

100 % legit and the real deal. Amazing support. Helped me get up and running fast, launching two campaigns in excess of 200 contacts within a week. Easy to use. Currently tweaking systems and merging my website  with oncarrot over to REIREPLY platform without consuming my life. Will be dropping my dialer as well. Having used multiline dialers for years... I'm extremely impressed with REIREPLY's outbound call features. Great community, weekly training (if needed).  Any questions, reach out.

    @Dan H., @Isaac Rossum, @Jonathan Greene, @Andrew Gonzalez, @Will Fraser

Anyone else getting the sneaking suspicion that REI Reply hired someone in the Philippines to make several profiles on BP and try to promote their service?? lol If I wasn't suspicious before, I definitely am now.

I have been on BP for awhile, a lot in the facebook group.  Tell you what @Tucker Cummings , I will pay your 1st month and then you can come back and see who is for real.  As many mention, they are new and there are familiar programs but what they have put together the potential is great.  Let me know and I will reach out.

REI Reply is the best CRM out there for investors. I've tried many of them. Spent thousands and thousands of dollars piecing systems together. If you really take the time to understand all that it can do and how to really leverage the automation it will change the game entirely for your business. On a side note Mother Teresa once said something along the lines that there is more to be LEARNED from living in the question than a statement could ever provide. I share this because I always find it bizarre to read comments from people speaking about something they have no expertise on/experience with. You do yourself/your brand a disservice and you do disservice to people who are looking for "real insight". In this case those that haven't used REI Reply saying things like Mr. Greene, Mr. Cummings, Mr Heuschele, Mr Fraser and others on this thread have said. If you want people to take you seriously in a public forum then know what you're talking about before you share your opinion. Otherwise it just makes you look silly. Trust me... I've been the guy on the other side of the table "looking silly" so learn this lesson from me if you haven't already. And Mr. Greene, Mr Fraser, Mr Heuschele and Mr. Cummings I'm only calling you out because I care and I'm challenging you to rise above gossiping. There are good people behind REI Reply who are dedicated to helping people succeed. Your comments (and others like yours) are not helpful when they lack credibility.

Yeah, I've tried this product and it is SIMPLY AMAZING! I've closed 13 deals last month...all thanks to REI Reply!

    Uhm, Not!

This thread has to have set a record for the most amount of 1st posts ever on BP....and all of them happened today. And look at all the upvotes from folks with brand new accounts. One of the most blatant, obvious spam attacks ever in the history of online forums, LOL.

@Chris White, it looks like I’ve insulted you. If you go back to the beginning, I was the one who asked the question originally of if anyone had used it. There are no reviews or testimonials for it, but I liked the concept of it. So like any consumer, I was asking for others thoughts and opinions.

Weeks go by and no one replied to this thread saying they used it. Until earlier today, in a span of a few minutes, several people commented saying almost the same positive review. “I used a ton of stuff, sunk a bunch of money, this one was a game changer, support staff is great.” Does that not seem sketchy to you? Personally I just don’t want to give my CC info to a company I know nearly nothing about regarding its legitimacy. But that’s me, and I shouldn’t be shamed and made to feel inferior for just asking the question and then subsequently forming a personal conclusion.

@Tucker Cummings, what's got you apprehensive over 49 bucks for 30 days? And there are testimonials on their home page. What other platforms are you using?

Hi, I've been a part of Bigger Pockets for a very long time and an experienced investor. As I'm doing a 'reset' of my real estate business of 14 years, now that the market is exactly what I've been waiting for, I've been searching high and low for a good CRM that has the automation that I'm looking for. I REALLY like REI Reply. I was looking at this one and the Freedomsoft one. Freedomsoft is amazing, but you also pay for it way more. I used to use Podio and still have an account--but it failed on the automation aspects. There are other automated followup CRM's, but I also found they don't have to deep flexibility and customization that I was looking for. All are great, it depends on what your needs are.

For me, I really like the automation.  Its powerful, and can be as complex as you want it to be. You can make it as simple as you want, but if you want to customize it, you can really do a lot with it--like sending out SMS followups, email followups, RVM's, appointment scheduling. The price point is amazing right now especially since they are still new.  I've been happy with it and using it daily. I appreciate good software and automation and chose to use this for the price point and functionality and the great support. It was no risk to try it out and see for myself so I took the chance and knew I won't get duped because I knew what I was looking for.

Get something you feel good about because a CRM is something that is key to your business. If you think it's too good to be true and you keep looking for the deficiencies and "gotchas" to show up somewhere, then don't bother, you'll probably find it somewhere... Sure, someone can get Podio + Zapier + a gazillion other tools pieced together to have it do what they want...that works too if that is what makes them feel empowered to take their business to the next level.
