Hello, I am potentially looking to move to the Huntsville / Madison Alabama area and was looking to connect with agents, investors, and groups to learn more about the market and unique opportunities available. I am planning a scouting trip in the next few weeks and would like to see some properties.

@Tucker Cummings I've been using it for about 1 month. It does more than just mass texts and RVM. You can schedule all sorts of automation (emails, webforms, tasks). It's a pretty versatile software and so far it's the best thing I have found for an investor/agent (I find podio too confusing). It really helps me manage both sides of the business from one place. Also, super affordable compared to what's out there. Just my 2 cents.  

Hey Brian, how's it going? I live here in Homestead too! I am a realtor and am looking to start flipping homes here in 2019 as well. 

I am currently going through the process of getting one with Space Coast Credit Union. The customer service isn't the best but they offered me the best rates on an interest only HELOC.

I would definitely be interested.
