Could you please share a bit more on how you acquired the property ( MLS vs a off market deal, wholesaler etc.) and some numbers ( Rehab cost etc.)?
Because this is @Raji Kaur deal. I will let her respond to this request.
Nice work @Raji Kaur and @George Foster
Before I got in to real estate investing I spoke with an investor who had been doing it for years and his saying about real estate has always stuck with me: it's like eating potato chips - as soon as you have one, you can't stop! :)
Congrats on the first of many successful deals Raji!
Larry
@Larry Smet I would have to totally agree with you :-)
I bought this home on auction.com
A few weeks ago I posted my experience with auction.com in detail
The property required a lot more work than anticipated but I worked with a great contractor and listed the house with @George Foster and in 2 weeks signed the deal today. We havent closed yet but I feel good about my first flip :-)
@Larry Smet pretty sure your mentor stole Jays Potato chips slogan lol. But it's a good one nonetheless!

congrats to you both...
Its always great to hear success stories like this-keeps us all motivated and focused. I couldn't agree with you more@George Foster , this is a great example of what the power of networking is really about. I had such a great time at the last Chicago meet up and met some great people. I have a potential deal in the works from meeting someone that night, so I can testify myself to this. It just goes to say that representing yourself in a professional manner, being honest and upfront with people when you meet them, explaining what it is that you do and what you're looking for, among many other things, will yield you great results and be very beneficial to your business. Love hearing these stories. Congrats again@Raji Kaur , look forward to hearing future success stories.
@Larmon Cummings Jr I try to stay true to what I preach. Being up front and honest is the only way I know how to be and I have developed an innate skill to detect those that attempt to take advantage of this character trait. I really do want to see people realize their goals and if I can have a hand in that personal realization then that is benefit enough for me. I know that I have skills that can not only help me make money but can launch someone else to heights that they might not have believed that they could accomplish.
I can most definitely respect that. We need more folks like you@George Foster
