That would be called the BRRRR strategy - there is endless info on that strategy here and on the podcasts and in the BP bookstore.

I have had my butt saved many times by attorneys and I am grateful for that.

It sounds like you’re in a great position to get started—$100k saved up and a clear goal are huge advantages.
