Info on investors to flip houses

Good Afternoon BP,

I’ve been away for a while as the birth of my first child took priority. I’m back now and looking for some guidance on an idea that caught my attention.

An old high school friend of mine has been buying older houses, either renovating or tearing them down and rebuilding, depending on their condition. What’s intriguing is that he’s doing this entirely with investor money, not using any of his own funds.

I’m curious to learn more about this approach. Does anyone have advice on where to start, what resources to look into, or steps I can take to get into something like this? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

Good Afternoon BP, I haven't been on for awhile since the birth of my first child took priority. Im here looking for info or help on where or how to start on something a old high school friend is doing and it caught my attention. He is currently buying old houses and reinvesting them or tearing them down and building depending on the condition. He is doing this with all investors money and non of his own. Im curious if anyone knows where i should look or how do i get started into something like this.
