But if it's an RV park near a lake or tourist destination, then an RV or 2: yes.There is no draw to travel somewhere just to stay in an RV....I whole heartily agree there is no draw to travel somewhere just to stay in an RV.The RV parks I've seen that have fixed RVs for rent look like low end MH parks. 

I don't have experience with RV park, I am sure you will get some replies from other BP members about RV.We live in Knoxville area.

hi 3 years a ago i purchased a 15 acre mixed use property in disrepaire.it consists of 55 mobile home/RV lots3 duplexes a  3 bedroom housea  2 bedroom housea storea shopa lundery matwhen i bought the property in was really really poor shape.
