New Member temporarily in NJ
Hello BP community. My name is Mike, my wife and I are both active duty military currently stationed in NJ. We have two beautiful children together. We are looking to get started in real estate. Just not sure quite yet here in New Jersey. We plan on settling down in North Carolina, Brunswick County to be specific, after retiring from the military. We are, however, making a housing change coming up very soon, but we are not sure which route to take. We currently live on Base, but are looking to downsize to an RV to begin saving money for our real estate investment journey. The only issue we’re running into now is finding a spot to permanently park the RV for a long-term rental so if anyone has any experience with this in this particular area of South Jersey, please message me as I do have several questions. We’re looking forward to connecting with the BP community and excited to begin our journey in real estate investing.
