Does anyone have or know any resources for analyzing car washes?

The only major difference is usually prepayment penalties and maybe some obscure, unusual loan terms in certain cases.

I'd make it 1 car and add more heated sq ft higher appraisal. or make it 1.5 and widen downstairs.
