Otherwise known as thongs to ya'll...here in the south "thongs" have a totally different meaning. hahaha - I resided in North Co San Diego in my 20's and can absolutely tell you that you will miss that climate.

I'm not sitting at my laptop on a boat in a marina with my multiple girlfriends du jour in thongs bringing me umbrella drinks every time I snap my fingers.

The best part was that this bad *** was dressed in woman's thong, bra and night gown.

., My best advice is pray, network (lots will come of these to thongs alone), work on your business Daily & take action 1 step at a time....don't make it hard rather make it fun!

@Melissa Dorman, Melissa, I'm a newbie investor, but one thong you should know is that the market here is EXTREMELY HOT, a lot of homes sell for over LIST price and within days of hitting MLS.
