hi everyone my name is Thong ( imagine me growing with that name while the THONG song came out. It was my worse 6th grade ever...so I decide to graduate to 7th). My wife and I are new to real estates investing. However we're are not new with construction and fix& flip. We have been helping families rehab some of their properties. We're excited and looking forward to our first fix&flip. Our goal is to do one this year, we know that we're going to make some mistakes along the way, that's why we want to do it ASAP.
