Hey everyone, I've been working with 3D virtual tours and wanted to start a discussion on how they impact real estate marketing.

If the home has a really nice layout or beautiful interior and it's not getting many showings, I would definitely recommend a video tour.

That is dissapointing that they did not vet the people they would be spending hours and hours touring properties.

@Alec Jacobs you have a good process as far as making them fill out a application before touring the property.

It is NOT required by law to sign a buyer's agreement before you start touring homes.

It sat for a bit and the price was lowered to 46k so I toured the house and made an offer of 36k after adding up renovation cost in my head.
